Our goal is to positively touch the lives of as many people as we can through the martial art of Taekwondo. We know that Taekwondo helps students of all ages. Our training includes skills valuable in daily life: cooperation, respect, self-control, focus, and confidence.

I am a 71-year-old 2nd-Dan Black-Belt, and have been training at TKD Center in Fayetteville since 2016. I train twice a week, usually with two to four other Black-Belts 60+ years of age. It is a comfort to train with martial artists my own age. The Sun Chong instructors and students are family to me. The classes are well-run. The activities are challenging but enjoyable. The curriculum is straight-forward and traditional. The testing is formal, no-nonsense and rigorous. Mr. Cooper manages a great school. His program has my highest recommendation.
